We present our proposal for the development at Kilińskiego 3a, in a location of particular significance for the urban fabric of Łódź, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town Park. The well-considered architectural form, emphasizing the corner of Kilińskiego and Północna streets, harmoniously integrates into the surroundings, introducing varied heights and a gradation of volumes.

An important element of the project is the shared spaces, such as the courtyard and rooftop terraces, which offer residents places for relaxation and social interaction. The building mass opens up toward the park through cut-outs and glazing, connecting the internal residential zone with the surrounding public space.

The project represents an attempt to respond to the needs of contemporary Łódź—a place that simultaneously draws from its history and opens itself to modern solutions.
