The investment is located in the metropolitan zone of Łódź, within the historic inner-city complex, at the prominent corner of Kilińskiego and Północna streets. The project assumes completing the street frontages of both streets with development of varied height, respecting the scale of neighboring buildings and the visual exposure of valuable historic structures, including the turret of the former Biedermann factory complex. The building mass has been shaped through numerous setbacks and step-backs, which visually reduce its perception from public spaces and emphasize the metropolitan character of the development. In the central part of the plot, a courtyard with a publicly accessible passage and green recreational space has been designed, complementing the urban pedestrian route. Existing historic buildings are intended to be adapted for new functions, with respect for their historical value. The architectural expression of the building is based on the rhythm of vertical façade divisions and the use of noble materials, giving the whole an elegant and contemporary inner-city character.
