A complex of residential buildings Mirabel Alley (Mirabelkowa Aleja) in Łódź at 49 Podchorążych Street covers an area of over 4 hectares. So far, 54 two-family buildings with garages have been built. The project provides for the construction of another two rows of two-family houses with garages and three multi-family buildings with 18 apartments and 9 garages on the ground floor of each building. Compact blocks of buildings were designed in subdued colors of white and gray with the addition of wood on the facades. 1, 2 and 3-room apartments are planned as part of the investment. All premises have spacious terraces and balconies, and those located on the ground floor have access to private gardens, which gives you the freedom to use the green areas of the estate and increases the comfort of living. The layout of the buildings was designed to ensure optimal use of the area and fit in with the existing urban layout of the layout. Multi-family buildings, despite the different structure of residential premises, refer to the existing and planned single-family buildings in scale and height, thanks to which they do not disturb the cohesion of the entire estate. Parking spaces for all residents as well as public recreational spaces and a playground are provided on the premises. Preservation of a large number of existing trees and new plantings of ornamental trees and shrubs as well as lighting of the area are planned.
