Our architectural and urban planning project, located at Czochralskiego and Miłosza streets in Wrocław, combines residential and commercial functions while considering sustainable development and the needs of various community groups. The urban concept complements the existing Promenady Wrocławskie neighborhood by introducing a pedestrian and cycling path featuring abundant greenery and public spaces.

The neighborhood consists of five distinct blocks, each serving a separate functional purpose. A cohesive architectural design and green-blue infrastructure have been incorporated to minimize the effects of climate change. A variety of greenery, modern pavements, and eco-friendly elements such as rain gardens and beehives give the neighborhood a unique character.

The entire complex, with an emphasis on public spaces, playgrounds, and recreational areas, has been designed to promote social integration.
