Conservation project for the renovation of the facade of the tenement house at Kilińskiego Street, built at the end of the 19th century in the cultural landscape of the historical district of Posiadła Wodno-Fabryczne in Łódź. At this address, in the neighboring building, there was the 1st of May Cinema (Kino 1 Maja) , which was established in 1927 as the “Mimoza” Cinema.
