The subject of the investment is construction of a building complex designed to fit into the character of the surrounding developments and to help create a modern yet coherent urban context. Similarly to the neighboring buildings, their height gradually increases with distance from the street, reaching the highest point inside the block. The layout of the investment consists of three freestanding multi-family residential buildings and one commercial building, whose location and scale correspond to neighboring residential developments.
