Tenement house at 9 Piramowicza Street (formerly 8 Olgińska Street) was built in 1910-1911 at the request of the then owner – Icek Szulem Lubiński. The designer was engineer Abram Totenberg, and the project was approved by the city's architect, Franciszek Chełmiński. Currently, the tenement house is entered in the register of monuments, and is also located in the area constituting a monument protected by an entry in the municipal register of monuments under the sonorous name “Ogrody Sukiennicze Nowe Miasto 1843”. As part of the investment, a conservation and restoration renovation of the front façade and the courtyard façade is planned, including the reconstruction of lost elements, such as balconies and elements of architectural detail. Reconstruction of the window joinery made in imitation of the original joinery was also designed. The balconies were designed on the basis of preserved archival photos and similar projects from that period.
